Shahinaz Elhennawi is a Global Peacebuilder and Spiritual Peace Coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with more than 26 years of international experience dedicated to cultivating peace through education, leadership, and human development. Her passion for peacebuilding has shaped a career that includes leadership roles at the Center for Peace and Democracy Studies at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, where she designed educational programs, developed international partnerships, and led peace education initiatives.

Shahinaz earned her master’s degree in Gender and Peacebuilding from the University for Peace, where she also developed university curricula in Peace Education and Gender & Peacebuilding.

Shahinaz serves on the Council of Directors at Pathways to Peace, where she brings her expertise to support the organization’s global mission. She is also the founder of Light of Peace, where she creates transformational programs connecting inner peace, conscious leadership, and community engagement. She teaches Peace Education and Gender & Peacebuilding at Global Ministries University, serves as DEIB Chair for ICF Central Florida, and is a Master Coach with the Project New Day Foundation, supporting veterans and their spouses. She has developed a Spiritual Life Coaching Program, where she trains and certifies coaches and spiritual leaders to serve their communities and advance peace and human development.

Through her work as an educator, coach, and peacebuilder, Shahinaz is committed to cultivating a global movement of Spiritual Peace that promotes compassion, dialogue, peace and service. She believes lasting peace begins with inner transformation and grows through education, courageous leadership, and meaningful human connection.
